Conservation
Apex Safaris is heavily involved in conservation efforts in Northern India in conjunction with Mahseer Conservancy we are the driving force behind many of the conservation projects in the Corbett Region.
Our most current project is conservation of the White-rumped Vulture. Once the most common large bird of prey in the world, now due to the use of Diclofenac it is facing extinction in what has been the fastest decline of a large animal species since the Dinosaurs. Having set up Camp Vulture in a local village near one of the few discovered Colony sites of this magnificent bird, we are able to monitor the population of this bird in Corbett very closely.
Please take the time to look at our site and see if you wish to get involved with any of the conservation projects that we are running.
